On the last one, after paying the copayment as always, we got a bill saying that the insurance had not paid their part. I got referred here for infertility and it took me 4 months to get an appointment with her which was understandable because they weren’t taking any new patients at the time. The front desk are great, however, I don’t know if they overlapped appointments because mine was at 2pm, I arrive at 1:40 to check in and to sign paperwork, I literally was there til 4pm and still wasn’t seen. I walked out and realized I wasted my time.
