I called the practice to request patient records for my stepson. The gentleman that answered the phone was beyond rude and condescending. He said that he had never heard of my stepson in the 5 years that he had worked there, therefore the records were too old. Without further explanation I was summarily dismissed and he hung up the phone. While I was never involved in the treatment of my stepson, the level of Customer Service I received would cause me to never return.
