I have moderate to severe scoliosis. I also have some disc issues caused by the scoliosis. I went to see the back doctor, and he really didn't explain what was causing my pain. He immediately started talking about surgery, but when I told him I wasn't interested in surgery, he backed off and said, "how about we set you up for some PT." He did not explain how PT would help my back and, frankly he didn't really seen to give a damn. I don't know if he was just having a bad day or what, but I would never see him again. I love my doctors, however the office is not equipped to handle any phone calls or text messages. They must hire more staff to handle phone calls. Being placed on hold for over 20+ minutes ever time you call their office is not acceptable
