This review will be going on two places because I feel an establishment should know what they are portraying and who they employ. If this is the caliber I suggest looking elsewhere for your orthopedic needs. I have been appalled and horrified before but never to this extent. A friend of mine has had repeated surgeries for his toe. Over the past three years I've scheduled appts at Vero Ortho for three different ailments. From the ease at which you schedule an appt to the employees and doctors and technicians I cannot say enough good things. It's a great experience and I know many say it's a busy office but they make it work and its smooth and professional and everyone that works there has been amazing. Beware of their billing! I cancelled an appointment weeks in advance and received a no-call, no-show bill for $100! They insist they checked the phone records but I absolutely called them and even told them the date of the cancellation - and they are still charging me! Also tried to charge me for a same day cancellation when I tested positive for Covid that morning - guess they would have preferred I came in and got everyone sick? I had too much pain in my right leg ankle and Dr Amber Morra checked me. I did 2 MRI , Xray for my leg but they never checked spine. she said it's just ligament strain but never rootcause issue. that ligament strain was persistant for months which was due to herniated disc which was compressing siatic nerve.
