There's no way I can make an appointment with you... I write through this channel and you don't respond, I call your phone numbers and you don't answer, I try to make an appointment through the website and in the end I get this message... It's impossible.
I tried to schedule an appointment with Dr Ofner but what I got was text messages asking me why I wanted to see her so I explained my health issues. I got a message back telling me to get my records from my current doctor and she would look over them to see if there was anything she could add to my case. I’ve never had this happen before. It’s like she is cherry picking which patients she decides to see. Staff of women are rude and have attitudes for no reason .. was told to sit in mri waiting area to wait to speak to finance then Rudely told to move by an older worker that said no I wasn’t told to sit there but was. These people need some manners for sure if your miserable stay home and treat your own people bad not strangers doing what they are told to do by your staff . The 2 stars is for the doctor I see not the staff
