Dr. Hickman is amazing. But the problem is with his staff. I don't find them professional at all. A bad staff sometimes will keep you from going back to the Doctor. Is he worth it despite a bad staff? NO. There are plenty of orthopedic surgeons in the area who have nice staff. I have been seeing him for 2 years and finally switched. I couldn't deal with the staff anymore.
Dr. Hickman did a knee replacement for me and it works great. He is very pleasant and explains with clarity. He cares about his patients. If you are in need of an orthopedic doctor you can trust Dr. Hickman.
