Hair braids wonderful work
I’ve been going to this business for years, and just recently I had an issue with customer service. Don’t tell a customer to be there at 10 when u know ur going to be 5-10 minutes late. U are LATE when u come in after 10 and have to open the door, turn on the lights or do whatever u need to do… ur not starting hair as soon as u get in. I took my daughter who has special needs to get her hair braided for the first time in years due to a very traumatic unwelcome event with a braiding salon. This establishment is very intimate and personal. Very welcoming as well as professional, patient and caring for all who enter. I greatly appreciate the understanding, and patience given to my daughter. I have made myself a hair appointment as well and we will become regular clients.
