My Vero Beach dentists, Dr. Kerry Aston and Dr. Michael Aston of Spallone Family Dentistry, noticed screw threads coming through my upper gum in the front of my mouth. Somehow, I wasn’t surprised from the slip shod work done a few years before from a North Fresno, California Dental Surgery office.
