I rented a townhome through this company (Vero beach rentals) and during the walk-through the agent Margo said “trust me”, “it is good”, “the washer and dryer works good” “trust me”. It turns out it doesn’t work and I think she knew it didn’t work, but because I signed “page 5” of The agreement it’s my problem now. What a rip off. These people are scammers. Don’t rent through them.
As a current tenant, I continue to be impressed with the entire VBR organization. The professionalism, attention to detail and customer satisfaction that is displayed in their work ethic is second to none. If I am to become a landlord, there is no doubt I would ask VBR to manage and protect my investment.
Margo and the staff are very professional and efficient. We look forward to working with them again in the future.
I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Mrs. Margo and her team for getting my power back on very quickly and keeping us informed at all times. My back yard was struck by lightning and the tree took down the whole power line with myself and my 5 month old daughter inside. We went to bed unknowingly that there was live power line outside our house. But a week later we have full power back and I know it was not an easy task so on behalf of myself and the McEntee family, we thank you ALL very very much!!!
