Unfortunately, we've had several very unpleasant experiences with pool manager Kimberly Beattie. During the winter, both kids and adults use the heated pool by pool rule we came to the pool, and she didn't let kids swim in the family heated pool, due to maintenance service appointment even though adults were allowed. When I kindly asked to let kids to use the warm pool, which was empty at the time, she responded extremely rudely and threatened to suspend my card.
