Vero is a beautiful apartment complex with wonderful amenities and very helpful staff. Samuel helped us find our apartment and was very kind and helpful along the way
I would strongly caution anyone considering this apartment. The advertising and showing were completely misleading — the unit looked nothing like what was promised. On top of that, the leasing agent was extremely unprofessional. When I raised concerns, instead of addressing them, he became hostile. It was an incredibly stressful experience, and I was tricked into signing a lease under false pretenses. Luckily they let me out of the lease. The property itself is also in terrible condition. I lived in Vero for one year, from June 2024 to June 2025, and I am writing this review after moving out completely. Honestly, I originally planned to give only one star because of the management issues and noise. My apartment was near the pool, and the previous community manager did nothing about the problem of disrespectful residents using the pool late at night.
