I’ve been living here for 9 months, and it’s safe to say I would NOT recommend this place. At first glance, it looks nice, and the staff are generally friendly, but that’s where the positives end. Everything is constantly breaking or malfunctioning. Very often the hallways are FILTHY, smelling super bad, with food or dog pee everywhere. If I could leave a zero star review, I would. The move-in process was cumbersome, I haven't even lived here for a month and they've only just now gotten to finalizing my renter's insurance paperwork. The first renters event I attended had them passing out stale graham crackers for s'mores night. I've passed maintenance workers in the hallway that have reeked of alcohol while going about repairs. I paid my move-in fees with a cashier's check and requested 3 times for my balance to be updated to reflect that in the rent portal... read more
Vero is a beautiful apartment complex with wonderful amenities and very helpful staff. Samuel helped us find our apartment and was very kind and helpful along the way
I would strongly caution anyone considering this apartment. The advertising and showing were completely misleading — the unit looked nothing like what was promised. On top of that, the leasing agent was extremely unprofessional. When I raised concerns, instead of addressing them, he became hostile. It was an incredibly stressful experience, and I was tricked into signing a lease under false pretenses. Luckily they let me out of the lease. The property itself is also in terrible condition.
