Deanna in the office is amazing! Always friendly and very helpful. My tech was Chris. What amazing person. Showed up when he said he would. Very personable and informative. Chris did a fantastic job putting in my bathroom window and put in 3 brand new screens. He definitely went the extra mile. Would definitely recommend.
Chris and Tyler came out originally to measure my windows for a retrofit. They were extremely nice and professional and ansered all questions we had. Ray came out today for the retrofit and he was awesome! Very nice, professional, and did an amazing job. I am in awe of how much better the house looks inside and out. I highly recommend Vern’s Glass. Replaced my entire sliding glass door hours before my New Year’s Eve party. Chris was very informative about the process and how to care and maintain my new door. Make sure you ask for him personally and tell him C. Rich sent you. You won’t be disappointed and you can thank me later. Happy New Year everyone.
Horrible experience! Ordered a window for our business from Vern’s via phone and email. Gave the details along with precise measurements. Window arrived and noticed it was not the correct window. Only option that was given was we should go to another company that could more than likely accommodate us.
Chris was very professional and pleasant installer. He did a great job, and we would definitely call again if needed in the future
