Excellent customer service, and I got exactly what I wanted on the same day at a better price than I was hoping for! I didn't have to wait to have anything shipped - I was in and out with my new furniture in less than an hour! I didn't even have trouble parking even though the store is downtown.
The wife and I went to Verns to look for a dish washer the other day and found the salesman was very knowledgeable and polite, what a nice place.
Staff is always friendly and helpful whenever we visit.
Bought a mattress from Vern’s years ago and it was time for a new one so we went back and realized our mattress was still in warranty, so we went ahead and started the process to see if we would get approved for a new one. They first told me it would take two weeks to see if we were approved or not, called in at two weeks because I hadn’t heard from them and they said it will actually take 3-5 weeks, so I called again at five because I still hadn’t heard anything.
