Bought a mattress from Vern’s years ago and it was time for a new one so we went back and realized our mattress was still in warranty, so we went ahead and started the process to see if we would get approved for a new one. They first told me it would take two weeks to see if we were approved or not, called in at two weeks because I hadn’t heard from them and they said it will actually take 3-5 weeks, so I called again at five because I still hadn’t heard anything. I bought a GE dryer and washer machines last year in march. My dryer stopped heating a few months ago. Just a little after march. I called Vern’s and told them about the dryer, they said the warranty was just one year and expired this year in march. Vern’s couldn’t do anything to help me pretty much. Then I pay $110 to have Poletski’s come and tell me it’s going to be $350 to fix so minus we’ll just get a new dryer. I don’t recommend buying a dryer from here since they can’t even last a few years.
