I like to support our local small business owners. Very disappointed when I called for service and was told since it wasn’t purchased from them that they won’t provide me any service. I would think providing service to anyone would be a good way to build a larger customer base.🤷♀️

We purchased the appliances for our new home from Vern's because our builder gave us a credit with them. The stove we wanted we were told was not available and they would give us a credit from Whirlpool. We were also told that when the stove we wanted came in, it would be swapped. The credit was basically the cost difference between the two. When the time came, we weren't offered the stove we wanted only to fix the issue with the one supplied.
