Treat your customers respectfully. we waited for over 45mins and continuously checked in as we were told it was a 20min wait. They took our phone number down and we sat right outside the shop waiting (the minimal 2 chairs for sitting inside shop were taken). We checked back in a 4th time only to be told our seat was given away and that they didn’t see us literally right outside.
