Completed a peg replacement tube using sheath without any pain medication for numbing and or informing what the expectations would be. I had no indication that he was going to utilize this procedure; I would never consent or recommend this for any patient without lidocaine injection medication. A zero rating should be given for this incident.
Horrible cruel experience with this “dr”. No empathy or compassion with pts.
