Wonderful clinic! Fast friendly and professional!
The staff were all very friendly and good at their jobs. The appointment was punctual and didn't take long.
Had an excellent experience at Vernon Radiology. I was called into my appointment a couple minutes before the appointment time, and the ultrasound tech Shirley was fantastic. She was warm and friendly and made me feel at ease. She was also funny and talkative. I appreciated that she explained everything she was doing, what she was looking at, and why. She also showed me what she was looking at on the screen and explained some cool things about what's going on in there. Great experience!
Fast and friendly service. Xray techs have always been excellent, as are the booking and front desk staff.
I wanted to leave a positive review because I noticed there are a lot of negative ones here—and while I don’t dismiss anyone else’s experience, mine was good! I went in for an ultrasound and the front desk staff were very pleasant. My ultrasound tech, Shirley I believe her name is, was so kind, informative, and thorough—she explained everything she was doing in a way that made me feel comfortable and well taken care of.
