Wonderful, friendly staff and a short wait time to get in! Very impressed with my care.
I had an excellent experience here. The lady at the front desk was friendly and the x-ray technician (Carla?) was amazing as well. I was called in for my x-ray just a couple of minutes after my scheduled time. I was worried after reading the negative reviews but I had no problems.
My appointment was booked promptly after my GP sent a referral. The staff (front desk and ultrasound tech) were friendly and kind.
Not sure why they tell you to come early. I came the 10 minutes early that they told me to and i still waited 20 minutes beyond my appointment time. People who came in behind me were seen before me. There was absolutely no one in the lobby for a good 15 minutes. I finally left as it was beyond ridiculous. Some people take time off from their jobs and can't wait ridiculous amount of time to be seen
