RecommendedI’ve had an issue with neck and nerve pain for the past 4-5 months. Although I’ve only had a dew treatments, Kevin and his team have done a great job on educating me on my condition and course of treatment.
I have been visiting Kevin and his staff for over 4 years with three shoulder replacement surgeries (twice for one shoulder) and hip surgery. They have not only provided the physical therapy needed to regain movement and strength, but also the support to keep going through multiple surgeries and some set backs. I have recommended them to many friends who have also been very satisfied.
Kevin and his staff are fantastic to work with! He takes his time to fully understand your issue and works with you to figure out a realistic plan for healing. Highly recommend!
I am so impressed by Kevin Vernon and his expertise. He has and still is helping me through Total Knee surgery, lower back, and now shoulder surgery Physical Therapy. He is very knowledgeable and continually shows me how to make my body really work again. I would totally recommend Kevin for anyone's physical therapy.
Recently enjoyed a weekly guided meditation series and a Yin Yoga class here at Vernon PT and Wellness. Such a wonderful way to reset and calm the mind while nourishing the body. The studio room has a relaxed, cozy ambiance and the teachers are amazing!
Today I went to Vernon Physical Therapy and Wellness for a beginners Yoga class. Melissa was my instructor and she was absolutely wonderful. This was my first time trying Yoga and it was a great experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome and not intimidated at all. Knowledgeable, skillful, professional, and compassionate. Dr. Vernon and his staff are awesome. He has helped me recovery from quiet a few orthopedic surgeries and my oldest daughter with her chronic pain issues due to her EDS. Currently, his PTA Jessica has my youngest bouncing around the house showing us how she can squat and jump up with no pain in her knees (they are strengthening her body to overcome her painful pigeon toe walk).
