If I could give more stars I would. Dr. Farley helped me during a critical time for my vision. She took the time to ensure I understood each step and helped me through it. I am forever grateful for her kindness during what was a scary time.
I've been coming here for years for my eye exams. They are super friendly and helpful. They are thorough on the eye exams.
They broke my daughter's glasses and provided her with a trial pair of contacts. I called to order more contacts after her trial pair was complete thinking they would have the contacts in stock (as no one from the company advised that it takes another 5 to 7 days for them to order the contact in). More communication reduces unnecessary frustration.
From the friendly welcoming staff when you first walk through the door, to the knowledgeable, energetic and friendly Dr. Amanda Farley, to the amazingly patient and wise Kristen, Vernon Optometry is the place to go:)
An absolute Joke of a business! They screw up. Tell you to come in and they will take care of you. Then charge you again! I will Never return!
