Dr. Poole and his staff are amazing! Dr. Poole always takes his time and listens to what you have to say. He always makes sure that you are 100% satisfied with your prescription. His staff are always extremely friendly and Go above and beyond for their patients. I wish every where I went had the same customer service that Murrieta Optometric has!
I'm not sure on how good the Dr. is, I didn't make it that far due to I had to cancel my appointment, but the office personnel was very rude. I will be going somewhere else.
I've been going to dr. poole since I was in middle school,and they're ALWAYS friendly, prompt, helpful; a long stand local business Im happy to support
Amazing staff! I've been coming here for the past seven years, and they are always friendly and very helpful. Dr Poole has always gotten my prescription Spot On! They also have a HUGE selection of really cute frames! I cant imagine anyone being able to leave there with out the perfect pair of glasses!
