I love Dr. Vernon! The staff are great and Dr. Vernon is amazing with my kids. She is the sweetest person and an excellent dentist.
We moved our two daughters from a different pediatric dentist to Dr. Vernon -- One of the best choices we have ever made. Her bedside manner is so kind, sweet, and upbeat! The rest of the staff are excellent as well. The children can watch a show of their choice during treatment and she is extremely knowledgeable. I would give 10 stars if I could.
Dr. Vernon + staff are phenomenal. Dr. Vernon is amazing with children - always making them feel safe. Her staff is wonderful also. Very knowledgeable and always so sweet. I have always had a pleasant experience at this office. My children enjoy going to the dentist now so it’s not longer a fight! Highly recommend Dr. Vernon + staff. You won’t be disappointed.
Beyond horrible. The receptionist is insolent, condescending, and unprofessional. The office manager refuses to help or allow me to speak with the dentist to ask questions. Then they sent my daughter to the wrong specialist so we now have a huge bill for a visit that was a waste of time, energy and money. We are no closer to having my daughters cavity addressed and have squandered resources because of the staff here. Inexcusable and horrendous.
Dr. Vernon and her staff are amazing!! I would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a pediatric dentist. She certainly knows her stuff and really has a way with children. My children always leave her office happy and are no longer afraid of the dentist. The staff is also great with the patients, they are very kind. They really know what they are doing at Vernon Pediatric Dentistry.
