Staff is very caring and always smiling. My baby was born here and we are so grateful for their services.
I have really bad ovary pain on the left side of my pelvis. And I was not seen properly at Kelowna general hospital one day but I was at Vernon general hospital on the same day. When my dad went through a heart attack, I use to drive to Vernon to go on walks at night and escape the feeling I once use to get. I had to take an ambulance on a Saturday and I was close to death and I can say nothing but good about those people at the hospital not only were the doctors great the nurses were great. I think the hardest part is getting in once you’re in. Normally I would have positive feedback if you was to ask me about the hospital and er, however, Doctors like that of Dr Hewitt, who on 2 separate occasions literally brushed me off most likely due to some form of discrimination. Probably thinking that I was homeless and a druggie, which I definitely have a home and definitely am not a druggie not that it matters, I don't even smoke weed or smoke. My mom had emergency surgery this week and the staff were good. The surgeon and OR team and rehab team were wonderful so thankful for the care she received. Thank you for what you do.
