At home I am a person with with individual needs, and understanding Care Aids. However in the hospital I am no longer an individual person, but lost among the many other needy patients. WE, and the very timely process - have seemingly taxed the limited Care Givers ability to CARE perhaps as much as they used to - when CARING was the easiest part of the job, so long ago. It is very sad that this hospital is 170% over capacity. We all need to CARE for ALL of the people - within the " taking care" process.

Won’t help people who actually need it. Have been denied help a few times they told me to try a different hospital during a crisis. Like wow Canada is falling fast

Never had a bad experience here at this hospital. Very thorough, polite and kind people working here. Times can be an issue within the emergency department as one may be waiting for hours to be seen. Have patience though and be kind.

Very disgusting behaviour from staff, unclean common areas and they say it’s not a first come first serve but that’s definitely what is happening. 3 hours waiting while my brain bleeds is so cool
