This hospital is always so dirty, it’s disgusting. I can understand having a doctor a nurse shortage, but cleaners? This is a hospital, it should be spotless. The one day I was in there the staff were literally stepping over garbage on the floor, there was a used adult diaper on the floor in the bathroom for hours! I get taken to my room and there was dried blood on the floor, I said something to the nurse and she got someone to “clean it”. Every single time I have to go to imaging (CT or mammogram) whether morning, day or evening appointment, the appointments are like precision clockwork. On time! Staff are without fail kind and courteous. Thank you. You are amazing!
Absolutely horrendous wait times. Nurses constantly forget you’re there, stop in the middle of treatments and don’t return for hours, and treat you like you have no right to help or treatment
Been to the hospital over the years for emergencies/x-rays/MRIs/ surgeries and visiting family members while they were there. Have always had professional and timely medical service.
This hospital is truly a gift to the community, with incredibly hardworking people. Yes, systems need to be reworked, more staff is needed, and we can hold them accountable, but we also need to need to give grace to all who work here - they are doing their best. I so thankful for the whole team- everyone I’ve met is incredible at what they do.
