The staff are fairly good, when you see them. The wait is far too long. I had cdiff and they made me use the general washroom while I waited for over 2 hour+. I told them, they didn't care. I had a serious UTI another time and had to pee every 5 mins and then missed my place in line while I was in pain, again using waiting room toilets. F for communicable diseases prevention. Also the doctor disbelieved I had cdiff and I was confirmed by lab test at least 3 times over 10 months.
the staff here are caring and made our visit bearable
My husband was in ICU for 4 days. The nurses were amazing. A big shout out to Carly.
