This is a review for Tylkin’s office not for the doctor. They wasted my time as I came to a doctor’s appointment just to get an answer that I don’t have an appointment and was never scheduled even tho I did schedule it upfront but with another doctor who takes customers in the same office. No one mentioned that and tried blame me instead. The reason was that the receptionist lady mixed up doctors and scheduled me for the wrong doctor. Awful customer service! I have seen other Psychiatrists in the past and honestly... I am very satisfied in the knowledge and experience I see in her. I trust she is very skilled in her practice.

I have been seeing Dr. Tylkin for three years. I have never had any problem with her, but I agree with the previous commenters that her staff is incredibly rude. They give miscommunication and when you ask to clarify they get an attitude.

My family has/had been seeing Dr. Tylkin for 6 years. She herself is ok, not stellar, but the handling of the office is awful! You can't get through ever, the office person who is Tylkins daughter is rude, inconsistent what she says and his no understanding or compassion. We will no longer be a part of a money grubbing poorly run business!
