Disappointed. 2 of the staff did not wear gloves when handling items that were to go in my mouth. I pointed this out and was told it was "no big deal." I said it was, it was going in my mouth. Dentist himself was very friendly and professional. Staff, including hygienist, was totally unprofessional, have no customer service skills, lack communication skills, etc. Spent 1.5 hours in the office for a simple xray and exam. No at all an office I would recommend.

I was very happy with Dr.Gordon's service until I received a letter from a collection agency saying I owed 72.00 from 2 1/2 months ago & I never even got a bill from them. When I called their office the person I talked to didn't really care & when I told her to cancel my appointment for a check up in June, didn't seem to care. I always paid them at the time of my appointment, hundreds of dollars some time. He needs to look at his staff or I can just believe he really doesn't need customers.
