They are the worst rental company I have ever went through!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would not recommend Vernon and Foster. I contacted them several times for my security deposit and have not received my security deposit yet no one seems to know anything I called today and someone hung up on me
Tried to get a home through this agency, had everything that was needed and still got denied. Just don't understand. Not very compassionate either. We were in a deep struggle and even spent money we didn't have on the application fee and process.
Our family has done business with Vernon Foster Management & Rentals (VFMR) over several decades. He assisted my Mother during the floods during that 1995-97 and has managed her property without a single incident throughout the years. In the past 18 months he and his staff has been a pleasure to deal with as my sister and I transitioned into owners of rental properties. I can't imagine doing this without Vernon and the staff that backs him. We're looking forward to working with him for YEARS to come!
