Fantastic customer service and beautiful flowers
Hi, I had a similar experience to Stevie’s. The bouquet of lillies did not open. I immediately called Melinda and she said come in and they would make me another bouquet FREE OF CHARGE. I did. They were very accommodating as always. They are my go to flower spot because of their work ethic and integrity.
Very disappointing experience. My boyfriend surprised me with a bouquet of lilies that were completely unbloomed, but we were assured they would open eventually. They never did. The buds were harvested far too early; they stayed extremely tight, and by day two, they began rotting, turning brown, and growing mold. This happened despite proper care and a freshly cleaned vase.
