I am experiencing significant frustration. My key card failed to operate the pool door. Upon requesting assistance from the pool attendant, Indyiah, she declined to open the door, stating that key cards are no longer in use and have been replaced by blue chips. We did not receive the new chip or any prior notification regarding this change. This represents a considerable lapse in communication management. Despite presenting my key card and identification, my request for entry was repeatedly denied.
Cars parked all along the road. So hard to drive through.
We lived here for some time. Good communication with the office. The only problem was with staff. They were rude. One Spanish man demanded small talk and constantly placed his net on top of people while cleaning the pool.
