it is like you entered the home of a loving family. Everyone truly cares about you and your comfort. Mrs. Vernon is always smiling and sometimes humming as she happily take care of your dental needs. It is the best place to take care of all your dental needs.
Have gone to this clinic for many years even prior to it being Vernon Clinic when I saw Dr King who was great. We recently moved to Springfield and since I already had a check up and cleaning scheduled decided to keep the appointment. Got to clinic on time, had X-rays done and then a young girl came in to polish and floss my teeth-very unusual to do before cleaning. Went there, told staff I had dental insurance. Didn't even check my coverage. Dentist just ground on my tooth and charged me $50. Went to dentist where I moved to, he was great and staff ran my insurance. $1500 coverage just like I told first dentist. I paid for nothing. They filled the tooth the other dentist just ground on. I would never go to Vernon dental. Treated me like I was nothing
