I agreed to a service fee for diagnostic service and when I had called them later in the following week to see what they found out I was told they ordered a injector and the bill was $300.00 bucks not $110.00 as I was told it would be. I then call back 2 days later and was told they hadn't looked at it yet, I finally went and picked on 11/29/24 (last phone call) it up because I was told it wasn't fixed and the bill was now $420.00 They kept putting parts on this trying to fix it . They are supposed to be a certified dealer

We contacted Vernon **** in May to have our commercial 60 Toro picked up for service. I spoke with delivery driver and was a great experience. My first call was in June and they confirmed the mower was running (wasnt when it left) and that all they needed were parts for the deck. Called again in July and they confirmed parts were behind but shouldnt be much longer. When I called August 9th, they couldnt locate my name in their system and therefore had no record of what mower was actually mine. They still couldnt locate name ... read more

new tractor 1 hour old, caster fell off. was asked what did you do to cause this. 2 days old, transmission loud inoperative, was asked what did you do to cause this, they would not cover leak repair, had to fix myself. 1 year old, fuel gauge inop, was asked what did you do to cause this. was told would not be a covered repair because it worked for a year. I also purchased an extended warranty from them when new, they won't honor it. avoid this company.

I took my lawn tractor in for repair seven weeks ago was advised he would only be two weeks call numerous times to speak to Shane the service Manager with no return phone calls finally called Carl Scott early this afternoon he checked on it and Shane did return my call and finished it up after I called Carl Scott it needed a new spindle contacts clean and new blades and then Shane called me and said it was ready and the cost was $662 not even close to what I was expecting they should have called me and advise me of what the ... read more

Three weeks to sharpen the blades on my riding lawn mower and install a new battery that they have in stock, That’s all I have to say.
