Pointed out some flaws with the used vehicle I purchased prior to signing to the driver that delivered it. Prior to signing I sent pics and told *********** *************** about it they told me they would address it and the driver told me they should take care if it. I find out later the driver isnt even an employee of theirs. They kept stating were losing money. The dont on the door was fixed but they refused to fix the safety sensors. Worst experience working with a dealership. Inept would be an understatement. While finishing financing, they sold the vehicle out from under me because my salesperson Rodney M**** failed to handle things properly. And of course, I had to learn on my own when my salesperson and sales managers ghosted me after they found out this had occurred. A bunch of cowards in Vernon Texas.
