The sales rep Adam lied to me intentionally told me the truck had nothing wrong. The console was broke and wouldn't make it right. Then lied to me about having an extra set of keys. Also told me the truck would be ready to pick up several different days and wasn't ready. Definitely wished I would've went somewhere else. After all of this Kyle the manager agreed to make me a second key and was very helpful
They got my oil change done quickly and had friendly service as usual!
The purchasing process was great—our salesman was friendly, the test drive went smoothly, and the vehicle ran well. Unfortunately, the attention to detail after the sale was disappointing. The vehicle wasn’t detailed well: dog hair in the cup holders, crumbs in the console, and the engine looked like it had just been sprayed with water rather than actually cleaned.
