This was an exceptional experience. As a customer, I felt well taken care of. From submission of the vehicle order to GM through delivery of same vehicle - everyone with whom I dealt with at my local, hometown dealership offered honest, friendly, white glove service. My family has purchased five vehicles from this dealership within the last two years. There is a reason for that... They are doing something right!

The sales rep Adam lied to me intentionally told me the truck had nothing wrong. The console was broke and wouldn't make it right. Then lied to me about having an extra set of keys. Also told me the truck would be ready to pick up several different days and wasn't ready. Definitely wished I would've went somewhere else. After all of this Kyle the manager agreed to make me a second key and was very helpful
They got my oil change done quickly and had friendly service as usual!
