I came in as a walk-in with my daughter. I just needed an acrylic fill and she got white tops and a design. Staff was friendly, we were quickly seated, drinks are complimentary 🥂 and the nails were impressive. Prices are higher, but the service and end results were worth it.
Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your nail salon on my recent visit. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The staff were unprofessional and treated me rudely. In addition, the service quality was extremely poor and did not meet even basic standards. Bad attitude, poor-quality work, and unprofessional service. Definitely not worth the time or money. my experience here was not good,the staff’s attitude made me feel uncomfortable. The nail work was poorly done, and no effort was made to correct it. Overall, very disappointing.
My nails have been on for over a month and have not came off yet. Kudos to this nail shop for doing a fantastic job. I had to cut them down myself because they grew out too long going back today!
