It tries to be glamorous but it comes across as gimmicky - the Chanel and Louis Vuitton light fixtures, the crammed space between the nail bar & work area in front of spas - makes it impossible to exit, or use the wash room. The constant speaking of staff in Vietnamese and no interaction with paying clients is cruel. It is cookie cutter care - and their champagne sucks. It is $$$$ for the quality of care. I’m not a fan & the cleanliness is a concern.
Very friendly staff. Unfortunately the nails are not done well, especially for the price.
