Dr Beverly is an AMAZING doctor but his receptionists are the worst of all time going all the way back to prehistoric times
I do not know if its because of their location and the population of patients they serve as to , why the service and attitudes seems as if, “IT IS WHAT IT IS !!!!” The time frame for filing medications is forever or never get done , this is not an office that does prior authorization’s for medication’s then You as the patient have to contact your insurance and find which alternative medications is covered via insurance , phones just ring and when you do get an answer they have you waiting on hold 45 mintues or longer!!!!!!(c... read more
