Newly redecorated, very clean looking. Prices on some services went up as much as 45%! Had an appointment for a regular Mani - Pedi, had one technician do both and they started on toes rather than hands which is unfortunate as the hands could have been drying while the toes were being done. Had I known the same person was going to be doing both I would have asked to do my hands first. It was 20 minutes after my appointment time before the tech started on me. Can I give no starts at all ? I scheduled an appointment for four people to celebrate my birthday early today, and we all arrived promptly. Unfortunately, despite our punctuality, the service fell short of expectations. One member of our group had to wait 25 minutes for their turn, and to my dismay, there was no available manicurist for my appointment. Prices went up. $5 on every service! Verni does a good job for gel mani and pedi but $5 I don't think is justified. We're paying for the whole experience and the nail techs do lack some customer service skills in communicating to customers what they want us to do with our hands or feet ex: pushing our hands into the heat lamp, motioning to us what they want is a little lack of communicating and can be rude to others. This place is great, but the chairs are hard to get Into if you are injured or not fully mobile.
