Due to rust, My truck needed some muffler work, brake work and some other minor repairs. The staff was friendly and courteous, the final cost was a bit below the estimate. Have been very satisfied with all aspects of my interaction with the service department and the mechanics work.
Had an appt at 10 am and less than 10 minute wait to get car in for service. Mechanic was very polite and friendly. The service desk person I paid when work was finished was friendly enough the service person I checked in with was not so much. Work was done quickly and no problems. Only big disappointment was after paying over 300 dollars for a replacement key for my van, I only got the fob, not the key that goes inside the fob you use if emergency.
Friendly atmosphere. Great service.
