They have really knowledgeable and honest service. My mower was something easy and they told me how I could fix it myself and they didn’t charge me anything, so high level of integrity as well, I’d recommend them to anyone for small motor issues, just have to get past their gruff demeanor and they are good guys.
Great place, knowledgeable staff. They’ve always had the parts I needed and their shop has always fixed my equipment when I couldn’t.
I contacted this place to get help with my lawn mower, and he was the rudest person I have ever talked to. I had my husband talk to him, and he was rude to him as well. He did not call us back to let us know our lawn mower was fixed. We called him to fix something else, and he was rude again. While the repair was done correctly, I would not recommend this place based on customer service.
