Mark and Dave are some of the best. They are both honest and straightforward with no bullshit. I've been doing business with them for over 40 years and will continue for as long as they are open. Vern Herrman is one of the few places still open today that can service what they sell in house. I seen several people complaining about them being rude, many people buy products at the big box stores and then expect the locals to fix it because the big box stores have no in house repair services. They have really knowledgeable and honest service. My mower was something easy and they told me how I could fix it myself and they didn’t charge me anything, so high level of integrity as well, I’d recommend them to anyone for small motor issues, just have to get past their gruff demeanor and they are good guys.

Great place, knowledgeable staff. They’ve always had the parts I needed and their shop has always fixed my equipment when I couldn’t.

I contacted this place to get help with my lawn mower, and he was the rudest person I have ever talked to. I had my husband talk to him, and he was rude to him as well. He did not call us back to let us know our lawn mower was fixed. We called him to fix something else, and he was rude again. While the repair was done correctly, I would not recommend this place based on customer service.
