Robert Johnson was rude to me and my mom. He was never timely about getting back to me about condo insurance. Charged my mom's credit card but then never gave the contract to my email. He did not reciprocate when I asked him how he was doing (to me a red flag). On August 6th he charged me 851 dollars for condo insurance for the year but by the end of the next day we still didn't get the contract.
