Great experience for an old guy like me. Sales guy knew just what to do to make the motorcycle work for me. Very happy, now just have to reset it with an oil change and such. But with just over 5,000 miles for a 2002 Yamaha V-Star Classic (and a new helmet) I'm just very, very happy. He even helped me load it into the truck and all, making sure bthe bike was tied in safely.
Staff was easy to work with and very nice.
I purchased a very low mile pre-owned 2024 BMW R1300GS. Unfortunately when the motorcycle was delivered to me it did not have the spare key or tool kit which BMW includes in their new sales of the motorcycle. (Obviously both very important to have.) During the purchase I should have been informed that both would not be included in the sale. I called as well as emailed about this post-sale but never received an answer to this issue.
I recently purchased my first motorcycle from Vern Eide Powerhouse, and the entire experience was outstanding. Katrina was fantastic to work with—knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly personable. She guided me through every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and was transparent about all costs and fees.
