I had an extended warranty and my AC went out....they came up with every reason they could not to honor the warranty, even though I got the warranty from them. After many treats of legal action and a report to the BBB, they finally honored it. The dealership itself was great...but the service dept is awful.
They charge a high fee, but the service they provide is abysmally bad, proving that they are not trained technicians or experienced.
Do not buy anything from this dealership new or used... They mark up prices for more then what the value of the vehicles is.
Horrible experience here, I had taken my car here to go get inspected to do a compression test and see if they could recalibrate the injectors. I get a call the next morning saying they aren’t going to touch my car since it’s modded so I let them know that’s okay, later I get a call saying the timing is off. So they never did a compression test like I asked them to I never asked for timing to be inspected on it and I take the car home to check the timing myself and the timing was never off.
