Had my car picked up for an oil change, they heard a bad noise, and they checked out the problem. Turns out, it was a pretty serious problem, they called my husband and had parts ordered, my car looks and sounds great and they were fast and kept us posted the whole time. Thank you Vern Eide Ford of Mitchell!!! PS. Thank you for recommending the extended warranty when I bought my car!!!
My wife and I decided it was time to get a new truck. We worked with Kaleb. Kaleb explained to us that he had been a salesman for only a few weeks, but he handled the whole process like someone with much more experience. He was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and very professional. I highly recommend working with Kaleb or one of the other salespeople at Vern Eide Ford in Mitchell, SD.
would not recommending buying any new car from this dealership unless you want to spend months on end dealing with taking your car in and having it repaired. Would not waste any money buying a car from here.
