Nothing proactive or timely about service here. They don't check for firmware updates unless a problem presents, citing policy. It's a terrible policy. We are dealing with rolling computers. Get with the times. Making an appointment does not guarantee service. Waited for over an hour before they took my truck back on multiple visits.
