They are so bad with communication. Specifically Anna and Brandon, I genuinely think they did not do an oil change and still charged me for it. And then pretended they didnt know I was the owner of my car and made actually paying the bill ridiculously incredibly hard, I had to have my elderly grandpa, who cosigned initially for me, come in and pay the bill. Our salesman Drew was awesome! He wasn't pushy. He answered all our questions. He took the time to get to know us & what we wanted in a vehicle. Drew took the time to explain all the options on the vehicle. We couldn't of asked for a better experience!
