My grandmother lives here. The HVAC has not been updated since this building was built. There is no central heating or air conditioning for residents who are 62+ which is a risk in itself. I have recently learned that my grandmother wall unit has gone out in the dead of winter leaving her with no heat with temperatures dropping below freezing.
