I'm very concerned about the state of the "medical" system around here. Wait times are insane and navigating this system and making appointments are terrible.. I really wish I had stayed in Sydney. Having only one in albury and wodonga is such a messed up position (that's the government's fault, but still)
I am shocked to see so many negative reviews here.My mother Sandra had a vascular appt. here wednesday the first of October and she received very attentive and exemplary care from the podiatrist and I believe the vascular "registrar," Jess.Thank you for being so efficient , and for showing diligent focus on her foot.The reception staff were also lovely.
They don't seem to value patients' time. Even with a scheduled appointment, one has to wait for nearly more that 1 hour.

They display unprofessionalism and don't seem to value patients' time. Even with a scheduled appointment, one has to wait for nearly two hours. When I reached out to the receptionist, their response was that I would be seen soon. Interestingly, they have a sign on their wall about zero tolerance for bullying towards them, but it seems they can be inconsiderate to us.
