I cannot say enough positive things about going to the VT State University Dental Hygiene program for dental care. I was having a hard time getting into my regular dental office for a cleaning and a coworker suggested the school. I feel extremely grateful. My experience with the students and staff was very positive and productive. Rachel S was great. She was very clear and concise about what she was going to do. Very pleasant and polite, the professors and on staff dentist really took the time to make sure that my experience was excellent. From the dental dance in the x ray room to making sure I was comfortable with everything. I hadn't seen a dentist since 2014, and they didn't treat me badly or put me down. I will definitely return in the Fall when the students are back
Honestly the bad reviews here I think are kind of sad. The receptionist was really nice to me, but I was also really nice and understanding of the fact that it's a student who is learning working on me. Yeah she messed up a few times and had to redo some stuff, but I got all of this stuff for almost nothing. The student who worked on me was profusely thankful. I kind of laughed and she was like oh no I've been yelled at a lot and we actually had a lady we had to escort off the property. So take those reviews with a grain of ... read more
