I rented an apartment from them with a 6-month lease. I explained to them that I had just moved to the state and was looking for a property and only needed a 6-month lease. They put a clause in my lease stating that I needed to let them know 60 days ahead of time that I would be moving out or they would switch the lease to a month to month. Horrible property management company. I was denied supposedly for my credit report mind u my score 753 when they only require 600 and also have no eviction nor criminal records the only thing that was said by turbo tenant was they failed me for my credit report after I paid 55 dollars to have it run. Asked multiple times. Via email cause they don't answer their phone and voice mail always full and Their office doors always locked.
