THIS is what healthcare SHOULD be! Our previous PCP recently moved and we were seamlessly absorbed by another practitioner. The experience over the last four years has been nothing but positive and empowering!
I don’t go to a Doctor to feel stupid and rejected. My husband met Michael first as we moved to this office upon ours closing and he warned me there could be a personality conflict but being it was a recommendation from coworkers and I can say, has been the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. I met with this clinic at my worst, during the pandemic. They've worked with me to create a wellness path to stability. I'm relieved to feel like there's help, especially as a trauma survivor.
I had been sick since 2013 and every doctor I went to just told me I had IBS and to live with it, I lost 18lbs in 2 weeks and was ignored by my primary care physician, told I had heartburn by doctors in the ER at both UVM and Northwestern, but Dr.Michael listened, ran tests, diagnosed and treated me in under three months. I have never felt healthier! 10/10 recommend.
