They don’t respond to email and hardly answer the phone. I am a serious buyer who has decided to use another company in the area, because they fail to respond. The last time I talked to Dave, he told me to email him and that he would provide me an estimate. I emailed him on March 11th and March 22nd and still haven’t heard from him. I would like to point out that I’ve been trying to receive a quote since the beginning of February.....I’ve called numerous times and nothing.
