Staff is very pleasant. Wait is reasonable and provider was very attentive and informative.
Had an endoscopy & Colonoscopy procedure done at the Green Mountain today. I had been pretty apprehensive for a last couple of weeks. OMG, this team of doctors & Nurses specially Dr Halliburton, Dr Miller, all the nurses including Kelly & Jessica must have been sent from above. They were so organized, efficient, humorous, compassionate & so much more. For a hospital, this whole experience was out of a story book. I am relieved & feel so much better. Thank you.
The whole experience was much less stressful than what I was expecting. They were all very friendly and concerned about my comfort and well-being. I will definitely go back for any further procedures.
Streamlined process from scheduling to pre procedure paperwork on their app. Easy to access pre op instructions. Friendly professional staff. Highly recommend.
Everyone was so friendly and helpful. My previous colonoscopies were at MCHV. This was so much better. The prep is still awful, but the staff makes up for it 😀
