I was always a huge fan of VT fed. unfortunately my interaction today was horrible. apparently covid 19 has made the credit union I've always used trash! to have absolutely perfect credit and a blemish free relationship with Vermont federal credit union and still be treated like I didn't matter. the only thing the branch manager Jennifer offered was a line of credit to pay interest on money that I've already earned. talk about poor financial advice!

these people have taken over 400 dollars from me and they where using my account for itunes as well this bank is the worst bank ever and I don't recomend it to anyone

RecommendedVFCU is great! Every time I visit a branch, regardless of location, the employees make me feel like a valued member. From mobile app account transfers and mobile check deposit to fraud protection and business checking account services, these folks deliver. The customer service is top notch and I’m genuinely proud to be a member.

Every time I call and speak to someone it is a rude woman on the phone. They are almost never kind and they always end the call with a simple "bye." No "have a nice day," or "thanks for your business," nothing. I'm going to take my business elsewhere to a bank where they actually act happy to speak with me. You would think after all the overdraft fees I've paid they could at least muster something polite but apparently that's too much to ask for.
Vermont Federal is a great place to do business with. We are lucky to be able to take advantage of shared branching as we don’t have a branch close. Their service are just what we need, especially now!

BEWARE! Worst than some of the big banks and by the less superior bank to use in the greater Burlington area. Been with this company for way too long in my opinion and they never seem to surprise me with their shady banking practices on top of having to speak to rude rude women when inquiring about anything. This is the last straw with this company, after being charged 2 fees on pending items and still having my current balance in the green I refuse to trust any of my money with these crooks, even if it’s a secondary bank.
