We bought a truck there about 2 weeks ago. With in 12 hours we had a blinking check engine light and it is turning into a huge issue. Vermont Family Auto stands behind the vehicles they sell and they are making it right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. Honest guys who want to do their best for their customers.
Your real story should be told. I had just gotten the car in and was going to scrap it. You and your girlfriend needed a car. I said I knew nothing about it and didnt want to be bothered with it because it was going to be scrapped. You stated you were a mechanic and knew what too look for. Purchased car with a rotted frame. He refused to let us put it on his lift. He claimed he had no time. Poor customer service if you ask me. This car also had an inspection sticker from a completely different vehicle on it. Jeremy, knowing we had a baby on the way still sold us an unsafe vehicle. When we confronted him about this matter he laughed and claimed we bought it as a parts car, which is not written down or said any where on our documents. Would NEVER go back
Jeremy and Meghan were a huge help in finding me a car. They worked within my budget for what I was looking for. They were VERY HONEST about the entire process. Wholesale is what they are buying a car for half of the price the other dealers wanted and a warranty. How could I not buy from them. I would highly suggest anyone looking for a car to talk with Jeremy or Meghan . They can find you anything . There one of the few dealers in my lifetime I felt I could trust .
