I had a new construction house built in 2023. Vermont Energy gave me a very reasonable quote for a ductless heat pump system for my home that ended up meeting the needs, and continues to be functional to this day. That alone is worth five stars. Over the last few years, I've had incidents wherein the folks at Vermont Energy really stepped up and went above and beyond. Vermont Energy just installed a new furnace a heat pump to provide central air conditioning in a mini split in our bedroom. I am so pleased that I went with this company. Their crew is very efficient hard-working and they clean up great I am totally satisfied with the job they did I would recommend them to anybody.
Last month we had two mini split/heat pump units put in by Vermont Energy Contracting. They came early and worked until both were installed by mid-afternoon. The workers were polite, neat, and efficient. They knew what they were doing and were highly professional. We are genuinely thrilled by these new units that worked so well and are incredibly quiet. Casey and the Vermont Energy Contracting team have been awesome since I first called in May 2025. I spoke to a real human (I think it was Vicky?) who set me up with a prompt home visit, and quickly received the quote after the visit. I have asked for an upgrade on the quote and everything has been processed very quickly. I look forward to working with Vermont Energy Contracting to replace my boiler and will write another review with photos after the install!
Years after a successful install, these folks helped with servicing, disconnecting, moving, and reconnecting one of the heat pumps - in a matter of days. Getting qualified help that quickly is rare, and much appreciated. It's also rare to see someone handling the smaller details and not just leaning on new unit sales; and it means they'll be selling me the replacement units when the time comes.
