Extraordinary communication skills, positive can-do attitudes, competent, responsive, trustworthy, reasonable, & quite simply all-around wonderful! I wish I could give them more than five stars! Although initially frustrated when my voicemails were not returned, I am now in awe with the customer service I received from Vermont Energy Contracting. I answered a call from Nick, who never identified himself as the owner, ready to take my information and to arrange an appointment the same day! The technicians arrived promptly, were professional and very forthcoming about the issues they uncovered. I look forward to working with them in the future.
