Vermont Energy Contracting did an exceptional job for us. The entire team, including Tim, Justin, Tony and Connor, was great in diagnosing the problem with our old boiler, assessing the needs, and then installing a new boiler. All were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and skilled throughout.Communications with individuals and the front office were excellent. I highly recommend Vermont Energy Contracting.
I had a new boiler installed last month and the process was seamless. Peter (sales) provided a very timely quote with details of exactly what was included. Compared to two other quotes I received from other local companies, Vermont Energy was the most competitive. They quickly provided me an install date and the installation went well. We needed to have our Heat Pump disconnected and stored safely in our home while an outdoor project was happening. Vermont Energy was terrific in every way. They were able to schedule us without much notice, they came early (which we appreciated) and it took less time than estimated, so it cost us less than we thought! Our tech Eric was very knowledgeable, polite, happy to explain things to us and overall competent and efficient. Kudos to Eric and all of Vermont Energy!
I have a heart issue, so when my AC failed on a very hot, humid day in August I was really worried. Vermont Energy Contracting had a full repair schedule, but Mike figured out a way to get it fixed within hours. Words cannot express how grateful my family and I are.
Updating for 7/28/26. Treff and Sam came out and fixed the head in my office. Mice had some fun with it and they fixed it up and got it working again!! Older review: We were having trouble with our Mitsubishi split system. It should have been able to cool our MBR, but it wasn't doing a good job. The technician from Vermont Energy (sorry I've forgotten his name, getting old) came out serviced the unit and thoroughly cleaned it. It now works like a charm!
